Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js.
• Should have experience on Java, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka/MQ, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Azure, CI/CD, AI-assisted development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including server-side frameworks and client-side scripting.
• Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to implement performance optimization techniques and ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
