Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align software solutions with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Experience in designing scalable data workflows and optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective solutions within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data quality management and ensuring data accuracy throughout the software development lifecycle.
