- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and role management within enterprise systems.
- Experience with user provisioning, authorization management, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues related to software applications.
- Familiarity with security audit processes and risk assessment methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement secure software solutions.
