• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise solutions.
• Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex software development lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and ensuring high availability of software applications.
