Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality software output.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to SAP BTP Datasphere.
