- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Expertise in code quality assurance practices including code reviews and automated testing.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic development environment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and best practices in software engineering.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our HC3 - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
