Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in leading software development teams through complex project phases including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability within custom software environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges to maintain smooth operational workflows.
