Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and technical approaches.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices.
