Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize efforts and drive project success is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices within the ServiceNow platform, service mapping, event management.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex software engineering challenges.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate solutions that meet business requirements.
