• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Implementation Specialist
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and practices within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience in designing and maintaining scalable CMDB architectures to support enterprise needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and their integration with CMDB.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement configuration management solutions.
