This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient software architectures.
- Experience with performance optimization and system monitoring in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security principles and compliance requirements in cloud solutions.
