This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and fostering an environment where innovative solutions can thrive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integration environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
