Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while focusing on scalability and performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves steering the team towards successful project outcomes and maintaining a cohesive development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality software output.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to desktop environments.
  • Experience in managing and deploying Windows desktop configurations and updates across enterprise environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Windows desktop management systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline desktop management tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and security.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
