Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality software output.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to desktop environments.
- Experience in managing and deploying Windows desktop configurations and updates across enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Windows desktop management systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline desktop management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and security.
