Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Airflow.
- Strong knowledge of workflow orchestration and automation principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of Apache Airflow within distributed systems.
- Competence in scripting and programming languages relevant to workflow management.
