- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations and project goals.
