Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
  • Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
  • Ability to design and implement integration workflows that enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring high-quality code standards.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
