Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with performance tuning and scalability optimization in enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Develop Java services for RTP capabilities, integrate with platforms, and deliver tested, production-ready code.
