Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will engage in the configuration of InEight Document Modules, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the project lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various InEight Document and Report modules, ensuring that the solution meets client needs and project requirements. You will also participate in discussions to enhance project outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead InEight Document configuration activities across environments (Dev/Prod) strictly in line with approved Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
• Configure and support transmittals module using the transmittals registers related to a project.
• Configure and support document module with respect to using documents register, managing documents, additional document functions and applying document admin settings and document review and approval.
• Lead data loading, validation, and reconciliation activities, ensuring completeness, consistency, and correctness of engineering data and documents.
• Monitor publish queues, mapping errors, and drive timely resolution.
• Configure and support InEight Document reports module related to customizing reports, document register reports, transmittal reports, form reports and document workflow reports.
• Configure and support setting up of XL-upload and using of XL-upload.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Assist in the configuration of InEight Document and Report Modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in InEight Document Enhanced or Classic.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of InEight Document configuration.
• Familiarity with data modeling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve InEight Document issues efficiently.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in InEight Document.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
