Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure software systems across different stages of the product lifecycle
- Customize and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions based on client and business requirements
- Collaborate with multiple teams to support project execution and delivery
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OpenLink Endur-related implementations and support
- Manage and guide team activities to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Participate in key technical and functional decision-making processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Provide solutions to technical challenges across teams and projects
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote continuous improvement practices
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and best practices
- Support clients with system enhancements, configurations, and issue resolution
Experience Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in OpenLink Endur
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications
- Good understanding of OpenLink Endur Functional concepts is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Education: Any Graduation, MCA, BCA, B.E., Any Post Graduation
