Job Description
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance existing functionalities and implement new features. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer ensures that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with various integration tools and middleware to connect disparate systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Experience in optimizing performance and scalability of integration workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
