The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions, while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
• Strong experience in software development and configuration within product lifecycle management environments.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless interoperability between software components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable customizations.

• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
