Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale project implementations within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum practices, project planning, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects using lifecycle methodologies such as SDLC, process management, and organizational change.
Lead large, complex project implementations in a corporate environment, preferably mobile implementations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and Scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams.
Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, and delivery excellence.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Technical Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience using established project lifecycle methodologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience implementing large and complex corporate projects, preferably mobile solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project budget management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe project management frameworks.
Experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to ITIL and ITSM frameworks is preferred.
Professional Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and solving issues proactively.
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate work from the Hinjewadi client location 3 days per week, with shift timing from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
