Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within manufacturing environments.
• Ability to design scalable software architectures tailored to manufacturing execution systems.
• Familiarity with coding standards, version control, and continuous integration practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
