Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and API-led connectivity principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies related to integration solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability.
• Understanding of security best practices in API management and data exchange.
