Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
• Document software designs, processes, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective simulation models.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to simulation and software engineering.
• Good understanding of system architecture and integration techniques to ensure seamless component interaction.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
