Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability.
