As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective application designs. The role includes assisting in defining detailed requirements and contributing to the architectural planning of software solutions. Throughout the day, the engineer works on designing applications that align with business processes, ensuring that the solutions developed are both functional and scalable. Interaction with various teams to gather insights and refine application features is a key part of the daily routine, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment focused on delivering tailored software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in application design and development with a focus on finance-related software systems.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
