Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your role, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in evolving technological landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with overall system architecture.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience in software development lifecycle management including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
