• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Db2.
• Experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning related to IBM Db2 environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable code and perform thorough testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with integration of IBM Db2 with various application frameworks and middleware.
• Skilled in analyzing complex technical problems and delivering effective solutions.
