Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure clear communication within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Uipath.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts and processes.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
