- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Experience with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
