Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Salesforce Omnistudio components.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and integration within complex business environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio implementations.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
