Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with backend development using Java, Node.js, or similar frameworks (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+)
• Familiar with REST API design, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab)
• Familiar with Application design principles
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Hands-on with JUnit 5 and Postman
• Agile methodology
• Testing frameworks or DevOps exposure is a plus

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
