- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and provide training or support to team members as needed.
- Assist junior professionals in understanding project goals and technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience with application design, configuration, and integration within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance application functionality.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
