• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
