Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with application deployment and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and scalable system design.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
