The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software solutions being developed. The engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the project forward by managing priorities and addressing challenges that arise during the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the software development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Skilled in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications.
