Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within software solutions.
• Experience in designing and configuring enterprise-level financial applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial software systems.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial modules and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
