Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve conflicts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Build Tool.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Ability to optimize and tune data warehouse performance for large-scale data processing.
- Experience in designing scalable data models and ETL pipelines within Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with SQL scripting and automation for data integration and transformation tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
