As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of software products, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the broader system environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical designs and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong knowledge of functional programming concepts and paradigms.
- Experience with building scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning of applications.
