- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of component-based development and content management systems.
- Experience with front-end technologies and integration with back-end services.
- Ability to work with agile development practices and continuous integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.
