- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management and data profiling techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data processing jobs.
- Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and metadata management.
