• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
• Strong capability in data modeling and analytics within enterprise software environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing analytics platforms to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex system landscapes.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices in cloud-based solutions.
