Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any inter-team challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Strong experience in custom software development and system integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
- Good understanding of software lifecycle management and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
