• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
