Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve conflicts.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Build Tool.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Build Tool.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Ability to optimize and tune data warehouse performance for large-scale data processing.
• Experience in designing scalable data models and ETL pipelines within Snowflake environments.
• Familiarity with SQL scripting and automation for data integration and transformation tasks.
