Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of software projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize application performance and integration.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in diverse environments.
