- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Experience in designing and developing data integration workflows and mappings.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Informatica workflows for performance improvements.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Capability to work with relational databases and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
