- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
