Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience with SAP GRC modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes in software solutions.
- Ability to design and implement custom workflows and controls within SAP GRC.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP GRC configurations and customizations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
